A State Coordinator will oversee the
review and acceptance of County Coordinators for the project.
Duties and responsibilities of the SC are as follows:
Maintain a state page with links to every county within the
state
Review and approve requests for County Coordinator (CC)
positions
Periodically review CC pages for compliance with project
specifications

State Coordinator to host one county in their state as well. It's the
only way to really understand how the project works and will develop.
