The guidelines for County Coordinators are pretty simple. They are:
 
bulletThe US GeoGen Project I ™ logo must be prominently displayed on the main county page
bulletThe following text must also be be displayed on the main county page
bullet"The US GeoGen Project ™ is a stand-alone project created by Bob Maley. The purpose of the project is to create a national database listing the location of all cemeteries with geographic coordinates so genealogy researchers can use the latest in GPS technology to locate even the most remote and obscure cemeteries. The national database will always be made freely available via the Internet to anyone who is researching his or her ancestry."
bulletA link to the national page at http://GeoGen.org must be included on the county main page.
bulletYou must include the GeoGen Project I ™ search form on your page.
bulletYou are encouraged to use your own creativity in the design and display of county site.
bulletYou are encouraged to place additional pages of information on your site about the cemeteries.
bulletSubmit coordinate data to the project as it is accumulated.
bulletFollow the Trademark and Copyright guidelines for the use of the word GeoGen ™
bulletUse the supplied HTML search form or code to display search results.
bulletDo not solicit donations to support your web page
bulletBanner advertising is acceptable, as long as the main focus of the page is the county and project. Please do not devote more than 20% of the space to banners.
