Welcome to The US GeoGen Project ™ Maryland State page. The US GeoGen Project ™ is a stand-alone project created by Bob Maley. The purpose of the project is to create a national database listing the location of all cemeteries with geographic coordinates so genealogy researchers can use the latest in GPS technology to locate even the most remote and obscure cemeteries. The national database will always be made freely available via the Internet to anyone who is researching his or her ancestry.

Go to the County Selection to find a county page in Pennsylvania. If you are interested in adopting a county, please click on Adopt a County. If you are interested in volunteering to become a data collector, check the page for the county you are interested in.

The current state coordinator is Bob Maley.

You can use the form below to search for Maryland cemeteries. You must enter a County. Currently there are no Maryland cemeteries identified by county, but there are 1125 cemeteries in the database with the county as "Not Designated"
