The US GeoGen Project I
™ logo must be prominently displayed on the main county page. The New York
version of the logo can also be used.

also be be displayed on the main county page "The US GeoGen Project
™ is a stand-alone project created by Bob Maley. The purpose of the project
is to create a national database listing the location of all cemeteries
with geographic coordinates so genealogy researchers can use the latest
in GPS technology to locate even the most remote and obscure cemeteries.
The national database will always be made freely available via the Internet
to anyone who is researching his or her ancestry."

A link to the national
page at http://GeoGen.org must be included on the county main page.

You must include the US
GeoGen Project ™ search form on your page.

You are encouraged to use
your own creativity in the design and display of county site.

You are encouraged to place
additional pages of information on your site about the cemeteries.

Submit coordinate data
to the project as it is accumulated.

Follow the Trademark and
Copyright guidelines for the use of the word GeoGen ™

Use the supplied ASP search
form or code to display search results.

Do not solicit donations
to support your web page.

Banner advertising is acceptable,
as long as the main focus of the page is the county and project. Please
do not devote more than 20% of the space to banners.

You do not have to have
a stand alone site for your US GeoGen Project ™ County page. It can be
a page on an existing website or other project page. The only requirements
are that the page must display The US GeoGen Project I ™ logo, and it must
be the predominant logo on that page.
