Among 100 pages of emails between police and prosecutors on the criminal case, which has since been dropped, Vegas detective Jeffrey Guyer wrote: “DNA is back and is a match.”

And Ronaldo told his lawyers Ms Mayorga said “no” and “stop”, leaked emails claim.

Now Ms Mayorga, 34, is pursuing a civil case against 34-year-old Ronaldo, seeking damages of £165,000.

The Juventus star, who last week became one of only six players to score 700 career goals, met Ms Mayorga in June 2009 at Palms Casino Resort where she worked as a bar hostess.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner had finished his Premier League-winning season for Manchester United prior to joining Real Madrid.

Ronaldo, who was on holiday with his brother-in-law and cousin, invited Ms Mayorga and her friends to his penthouse for a party.

Waiving her anonymity last year, she told German newspaper Der Spiegel that she was in the bathroom changing to go into the Jacuzzi when Ronaldo walked in exposing his manhood.

‘PUSHED HIM AWAY’

The hostess said he begged her to perform a sex act on him. She refused but kissed him.

Mayorga claimed Ronaldo then started to “come on very strong”. She said: “He starts to do stuff and touch and grab me. I pushed him away and kept saying ‘No’.

“I turned away from him and curled up into a ball. That’s when he jumped on me. I said, ‘No, no, no, no.’

She said Ronaldo would not let her leave after. adding: “He gave me this look. I’m sure he said ‘Sorry’ or ‘Are you hurt?’”

The next day she reported the alleged attack to the police and cops took DNA samples from her.

Detectives quizzed her for two hours and, at the time, it was believed she refused to reveal the alleged rapist.

But in emails seen by The Sun, Ms Mayorga names Ronaldo.

Discussing communications between the player and his lawyers, whistleblowing website Football Leaks revealed Ronaldo claimed Ms Mayorga said “no” — but three weeks later stated: “She did not scream. She did not cry out or anything.”

‘ARE YOU HURT?’

In the wake of the rape allegation, Ronaldo hired a team of lawyers, former detectives, PR specialists, forensic experts and doctors to help him.

The team of fixers, according to legal documents in civil proceedings, collected information about Ms Mayorga and followed her.

She claims that after a police medical examination, a nurse and a detective told her she would be humiliated if she pursued the case.

Her lawyer Leslie Stovall claims the team’s purpose was “to obstruct the criminal investigation and prosecution of Cristiano Ronaldo”.

Ms Mayorga refused to prosecute and signed a non-disclosure agreement in January 2010.

She accepted a settlement of £290,000.

But last September, following the emergence of the #MeToo movement, Ms Mayorga broke the agreement by telling her story to Der Spiegel. On October 2, Las Vegas Police reopened the case.

The following day, dad-of-four Ronaldo branded the allegations “fake news” on Instagram.

He also wrote on Twitter: “I firmly deny the accusations.”

His career hit a minor bump with Portugal temporarily dropping him from the national squad. Shares in Juventus dropped ten per cent and Nike, which signed up Ronaldo on a £770million lifetime contract in 2016, said it was “deeply concerned”.

Ronaldo’s legal representatives have denied the rape allegations.

Tonight they pointed to a statement made by his US lawyer Peter Christiansen last year, when a warrant for his DNA was issued.

It said: “Mr Ronaldo has maintained that what occurred in Las Vegas in 2009 was consensual in nature, so it is not surprising that DNA would be present, nor that the police would make this very standard request as part of their investigation.”

They have also said that the case was based on “fabricated” documents — the supposed notes between the footballer and his team following the incident which had been sold to Football Leaks.

The police investigation lasted 11 months before they handed evidence to Nevada prosecutors who decided in July not to pursue it.

Emails suggest the case was dropped because detectives could not be sure the documents published on Football Leaks were not altered and it had become “impossible” to communicate with Ms Mayorga’s “extremely challenging” lawyer Stovall.

‘THREATENED WITH REVENGE PORN’

There was also a suggestion that there was a lack of cooperation from British cops over a separate allegation in 2005, which occurred in a London hotel room. Ronaldo was playing for Manchester United at the time but had been dropped from the team.

Detective Guyer wrote: “Scotland Yard, Interpol and Manchester will not release any other information regarding the Ronaldo arrest.

“The details they released are the victim reported the incident but the (alleged) sexual assault occurred in Manchester.”

Scotland Yard and Greater Manchester Police declined to comment. Ms Mayorga’s lawyer did not respond when contacted.

The contents of Ms Mayorga’s NDA remain sealed. But Ronaldo’s request for secrecy over the lawsuit has been dismissed and Ms Mayorga has requested a jury try the case.

Since Ms Mayorga’s claims emerged, Ronaldo’s ex-girlfriend Jasmine Lennard, 34, branded him a “psycho” on Twitter and claimed others would be “horrified” if they knew what he was “truly like”.

She also accused him of threatening her with revenge porn.

Ms Mayorga’s lawyers have looked into another sex claim against Ronaldo.

I have everything. So the rest, it doesn’t interfere on me. I’m very, very well.

Cristiano Ronaldo

Karima El Mahroug, now 25, alleged Ronaldo paid her £3,500 for sex when she was 17. The incident took place in Italy where paying an under-18 for sex is a crime.

But none of this seems to have knocked Ronaldo’s confidence — or his earnings. Even after landing a 23-month suspended prison sentence and £16million fine for tax fraud in January, he told crowds of reporters outside a Madrid court, “Everything is perfect” as he held hands with his 25-year-old model fiance Georgina Rodríguez.

He earns £37million a year from sponsored social media posts — far outstripping the £26.5million Juventus pays him.

Last month he admitted to Piers Morgan he was “embarrassed” about the claims.

He said: “You have a family, you have kids. Then they play with your honesty. It’s bad.”

But this month he posted an Instagram photo of himself smiling with his children — Cristiano Jr, nine, two-year-old twins Mateo and Eva and his one-year-old daughter Alana Martina.

He also has the backing of his mum Maria Dolores, who pleaded with fans to repost a photo of her son in a Superman cape to show their support for him.

And going by Ronaldo’s statement in October 2018, when the rape allegations first emerged, he intends to go on smiling as long as he can.

He defiantly said: “I know I am an example. I know 100 per cent. On the pitch and outside the pitch. So I am always smiling.

“I am a happy man. I am blessed that I play in a fantastic club, I have a fantastic family, I have four kids, I am healthy.

“I have everything. So the rest, it doesn’t interfere on me. I’m very, very well.”
